Poppy thinks her life is falling apart, but is it actually
falling into place?
Poppy’s life is in shambles, or at least that’s how it feels.
As Poppy struggles against her decision to walk away from Michael, maid of
honor duties, a bachelorette cruise, new dreams, and maybe even a chance for
love interrupt her summer pity party. Will she seize the chance for a happy
ending, or stay rooted in the past?
Several months of denial have revealed the truth. Michael
can’t ignore his feelings for Poppy any longer, but what should he do about
them? He teeters on the edge of a life changing decision. Will he disrupt his
old life in order to create a new one, or succumb to the status quo.
What is your earliest memory?
My 2 earliest memories are quite sad, actually. I'd rather
not share. : (
What would you consider the greatest moment in your life?
To be quite truthful, I hope it hasn't happened yet. I have
rather large dreams and personal goals I've yet to meet. Being the first person
in my immediate family to graduate from University was a wonderful moment.
What’s the hardest thing in in life you’ve done?
Hmm...the hardest thing I've ever done in my life...that's a
toughie. I think letting go of what is no longer yours, or perhaps never was
yours is exceedingly difficult. It takes courage, fortitude, and the faith to
know that what is yours is waiting for you somewhere or with someone else.
What have you learned in life so far?
Not enough! I know that life takes courage. You have to be
willing to get in the ring and get your hands dirty to achieve your goals.
Everyone’s favourite question: if you could invite five people for
dinner, who would it be?
If I could invite anyone throughout history to dinner I would
invite my maternal grandfather who passed when I was very young and I'd love to
have a good conversation with him; Cleopatra, she strikes me as extremely
headstrong and interesting; Marie Antoinette, I find her fascinating; Cary
Grant, why not!; and Bob Hope, my favorite comedian. That sounds like a fun
dinner party!
